About the Job

ORTEC is seeking a skilled Backend Software Developer to join our software development department. As a Backend Engineer, you will design, build, and work on our collaboration portals on top of ORTEC Routing and Dispatch.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design and develop collaboration portals to support our customers with collaboration with third parties, like carriers and drivers.
  • Work with a great engineering team to develop great collaboration portals today to support our customers tomorrow.

About You

Working together in a multidisciplinary team in an Agile development environment with a product owner. You are inquisitive, creative, and enthusiastic about sharing your ideas and know-how and you are eager to continuously develop yourself.

Requirements

  • You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or comparable, or a web development education from another institute or organization.
  • You have experience with C# and .NET 6.
  • Preferably, you also have experience with Azure DevOps, Git and Microsoft Azure PaaS (App Service, Functions, Application Insights, Cosmos DB).
  • You can fluently communicate in English (verbally and in writing).
