**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Therapist to join our team at the LKS Faculty of Medicine. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical or Counselling Psychology and have a minimum of 5 years' post-qualification counselling experience in the tertiary education sector or other mental health agencies.

The appointee will be responsible for planning and implementing assessment efforts that inform evidence-based practice for programme and services within the scope of the position. They will provide screening and risk assessment, individual and group counselling/psychotherapy, crisis intervention and consultation services as appropriate.

The successful candidate will work collegially and collaboratively with members of the Student Wellness Team, staff and students of the Faculty, to develop priorities and goals for the counselling services and outreach programmes in support of student wellbeing/mental health promotion.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits. The appointment will attract a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 15% of basic salary for Psychologist, or up to 10% of basic salary for Counsellor.
