Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team at WerkTalent. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for painting and preparing various cabins, including crane, vehicle, and vessel cabins.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform assembly work and various metalworking tasks to ensure high-quality cabin production.
- Apply wet coatings to cabins, including large series and special projects, to meet customer specifications.
- Identify and report technical issues to managers to ensure timely resolution and minimize downtime.
- Maintain a safe and clean workspace and surrounding areas to ensure a healthy working environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in painting trailers and/or cabins, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude and motivation to deliver high-quality work, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Flexibility and enthusiasm for the job, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Dutch or English, with excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and customers.

- A competitive starting salary between €2,700 and €3,400 gross per month (based on a 40-hour workweek).
