We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Banqueting Employee to join our team at the Apollo Hotel Amsterdam, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel. As a Banqueting Employee, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our events and meetings.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the setup and coordination of events and meetings, ensuring that all details are attended to.
- Work closely with the Banqueting team to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Assist with the preparation and service of food and beverages during events.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a banqueting or events role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, with a strong preference for additional languages.
