• Set up and operate (semi-)automatic machines to ensure efficient production.
• Perform precise quality checks to ensure every product is perfectly finished.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly to keep the production process running smoothly.
• Work in an organized manner and maintain a safe, tidy workspace.

• At least 18 years old at the start.
• Minimum MBO level 2 work and thinking level, diploma not required.
• Own transportation (public transport not available).
• Precise and accurate work approach.
• Willingness to work in a weekend shift, with the option to choose between day shift (07:00 to 19:00) or night shift (19:00 to 07:00).
• Ability to work safely.
• Comfortable working in a dusty environment.
• Forklift certificate (not required).
• VOG (Certificate of Good Conduct) required.
• Proficiency in Dutch, English, and German.
