We are seeking a Medior-Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team for 32-38 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from initial client contact to product delivery, including product development and design, prototyping, testing, supplier coordination, parts sourcing, production line setup, and process development.
  • Maintain communication with team members, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects related to the development process, quality, efficiency, safety, and environmental initiatives.
  • Support the commercial department.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Extensive experience in product development and design, preferably using SolidWorks
  • Substantial relevant previous work experience
  • Familiarity with fine mechanical systems, generators, and electric motors is a plus
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively in order to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills with a natural talent to influence at various levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in both Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • Must have own transportation within a reachable distance from Tilburg
