Customer Service Representative

About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative at Trivium Packaging, you will be responsible for managing the daily order-to-cash process with customers. Key activities include customer data processing, order entry and management, delivery handling, inbound customer inquiries, and coordination with supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the order process in SAP
- Handle all communication with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and invoices
- Address escalations with local supply chain if order prioritization is needed
- Responsible for updating prices in SAP
- Increase customer satisfaction by creating and maintaining positive customer relationships
- Provide accurate demand planning forecasts to support optimized production planning
- Handle inbound new customer inquiries, communicate the Trivium value proposition to potential customers
- Actively support customer creation process: collect required information and make requests to the master data department
- Involvement in Litho creation/invoicing may depend on business needs
Requirements:
- BS degree, preferably in business or technical direction
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales support roles
- Strong knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP systems
- Clear affinity for using software like CRM and MS Office
- Professional selling and negotiation training are preferred
- Good command of English (C1), French is a significant advantage
- Demonstrated ability to develop and work in a team culture with other internal departments including R&D, Customer Service, and Supply Chain
