We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to oversee the planning and coordination of pallet deliveries and collections. This role is critical to ensuring smooth and timely delivery operations while optimizing service levels and costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pallet Delivery Planning: Optimize deliveries to customers through efficient planning in volumes and time.
  • Operations Optimization: Collaborate with the Team Leader and/or Region Manager to improve service rates and optimize operations costs, serving as a liaison between Sales and Finance departments.
  • Customer Communication: Regular communication by phone and email with customers, carriers, and suppliers is essential to maintain coordination, resolve issues, and ensure efficient deliveries.
  • Administrative Management: Process and follow up on mail and other incoming information, ensuring it is processed correctly in the system.
  • Performance Monitoring: Prepare and analyze weekly reports to monitor performance, optimize efficiency, and address logistical challenges.
  • Logistics Oversight: Oversee the full administrative management of the logistics process, including stock control, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collection Point Management: Persuade collection points to cooperate with the system using strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Collection Execution: Execute and follow up on collections at collection points in cooperation with transport companies and depots.

The estimated salary for this role is around $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
