Als Assistant Store Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van de winkel en voor het coachen en begeleiden van het team.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Medeverantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van de winkel;
- Coach en begeleid het team zodat de winkel de gewenste doelstellingen kan behalen;
- Medeverantwoordelijk voor de uitstraling van de winkel;
- Medewerker bij afwezigheid van de Store Manager;
- Assisteren bij het maken van roosters;
- Ondersteunen bij het opvolgen van reparaties en andere vormen van customer service;
- Verkoopadviseur en adviseren klanten bij de aanschaf van een horloge;
- Ambassadeur en adviseur van de merken.
Persoonlijke eigenschappen
- Je bent een enthousiaste en representatieve persoonlijkheid;
- Je hebt ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie opgedaan;
- Je hebt een MBO+ werk- en denkniveau;
- Je hebt goede communicatieve en commerciële vaardigheden;
- Je bent proactief, zelfstandig en een collegiale teamplayer;
- Je bent gedreven, ondernemend en initiatiefrijk.
