ECCO Leather is a leading developer of high-quality leather products for top designers and brands. We're seeking a skilled Finish Leather Technician to join our team and contribute to the creation of innovative leather products.

• Finish different types of leather to the highest standards
• Formulate and create recipes for new leather products
• Run tests to ensure leather meets quality criteria
• Collaborate with the Sales department and keep internal customers informed of results
• Work independently and follow instructions and regulations

• 5+ years of experience as a leather technician, gained at the shop floor level
• Familiarity with paint and similar chemicals
• Ability to set priorities and communicate effectively with colleagues
• Experience working with luxury brands is a must
• Proficiency in English for international communication
• Color vision and ability to distinguish small color differences
• Availability for full-time work
