Management Assistant Intern Job Description

At Park Plaza Vondelpark, we are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Management Assistant Intern to join our Front Office team. As a Management Assistant Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable insights and experiences in the execution of managerial duties, working closely with our General Manager and other department heads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the General Manager in administrative tasks, such as scheduling and quality control.
  • Assist in the coordination of guest experiences, ensuring seamless operations across all departments.
  • Contribute to the growth of sales and promotion of events, initiatives, and commercial performance of the hotel.
  • Develop excellent communication skills, working closely with colleagues and guests to provide exceptional service.
  • Participate in the development of the hotel's commercial performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Availability for a minimum of 5 months, with flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
