About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Service Staff to join our team at MEININGER Hotel Amsterdam Amstel. As a Service Staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and remove the buffet, ensuring a high standard of presentation and quality.
  • Ensure constant availability of sufficient quantity and varied selection of food and beverages to guests.
  • Prepare simple cold dishes and advise guests on their composition and ingredients.
  • Welcome guests to breakfast, inform them about special offers, and provide information on our F&B offerings.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of your workstation in line with prescribed guidelines and company standards.
  • Monitor stock levels, place orders for food and consumables, and check deliveries.
  • Work efficiently and in a well-structured way, with flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, early morning, afternoon, and evening shifts.

  • You work efficiently and in a well-structured way, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Ideal candidates will have experience in hospitality or service, but we are open to training the right candidate.
