The estimated annual salary for this position is €85,000 - €110,000, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Eindhoven. In this role, you will provide full-cycle Human Resources support to our fiber plant, including talent management, employee relations, regulatory compliance, performance management, and communications. You will work closely with plant leadership to deliver a high-performance culture, promoting ownership, goal attainment, and continuous learning and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, direct, and perform recruiting/placement activities for assigned functional areas.
  • Maintain a pulse on employee engagement and develop strategies to drive retention and motivation.
  • Partner with plant leadership to implement programs, processes, or actions to drive employee engagement and retention.
  • Develop, support, and evaluate programs, processes, and policies to ensure our Behavior & Values are embraced and lived by all associates.
  • Track and report on HR metrics as required.
  • Deliver facility communications strategy to drive engagement activities throughout the organization.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Human Resource business partner experience.
  • Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Able to work in a team-based environment, lead and manage teams, and build competencies/capabilities at all levels of the facility.
  • Proven success in talent management and building competencies/capabilities at all levels of the facility.
