Key Responsibilities- Lead and support the Treatment and Education Group, working closely with a teacher and another Pedagogical Support Worker to provide a stimulating and nurturing environment for our students.
- Develop and implement individualized plans to support the social, emotional, and educational growth of our students, working closely with parents and caregivers.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including therapists and educators, to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to supporting our students.
- Provide behavioral support and guidance to students, using evidence-based strategies and techniques to promote positive behavior and social skills.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our school's policies and procedures, ensuring that they are aligned with our values and mission.
- Minimum of a MBO SPW 4 qualification, with a preference for those with a higher education qualification in a related field.
- Experience working with children with behavioral challenges and developmental delays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting the needs of our students.
- A competitive salary, with a maximum of €3,839.75 per month (schaal 7, cao Jeugdzorg) or €4,171.02 per month (schaal 8, cao Jeugdzorg) for those with a higher education qualification.
