We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at WFS PRO BV. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our high-tech production environment.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and guide quality improvements with suppliers
- Prepare and conduct audits at suppliers and internal audits, including reporting and follow-up
- Support article inspections for Quality Control Inspectors and translate inspection results to suppliers
- Prepare suppliers for the delivery of NPI products
- Prepare and analyze monthly KPI reports (PPM and material complaints) and propose improvements
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in quality management and a keen eye for detail. You will be a proactive professional who enjoys taking the initiative and working in a solution-oriented manner. You will also have excellent communication skills and be able to easily connect with people.
Desired Qualifications- A completed technical education at the HBO level in fields such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-tech production environment such as automotive
- Experience with quality management systems like ISO 14001 and/or IATF 16949, and knowledge of methodologies such as PPAP/FMEA is a plus
- A competitive salary ranging from €2800 to €5000 gross per month, depending on your knowledge and experience
- 27 vacation days and 13 ADV days (reduction of working hours)
