Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a long-term strategy to optimize investments with the right agency partner base.
- Ensure alignment with our Operating Companies (OpCos) and strong business partnering on BTL projects that drive productivity.
- Implement the best suitable agency model for the organization and conduct agency landscape studies to bring internal and external benchmarks on agency performance and remuneration.
- Foster a strong community management approach, promoting Learn-Share-Reapply behavior and internal and external stakeholder management to enable further capability building, toolkit development, and deployment.
- University degree in a business, financial, commercial, economic, or marketing discipline.
- 8-10 years of experience in a similar role (commerce/procurement) in a complex international (FMCG) environment.
