Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a technical archiving solution
  • Maintain and further develop the existing software solution for archiving electronic data
  • Conceive and plan a document management system
  • Administer and develop the IT infrastructure in cooperation with our outtasking service provider
  • Record requirements for various IT systems and applications and coordinate with internal specialist departments
  • Support the implementation and planning of projects in IT operations
Requirements:
  • Degree in computer science or business informatics or equivalent qualifications, knowledge, skills, and experience
  • Experience in IT operations, ideally with a focus on IT security
  • Familiarity with the provision and further development of IT systems and applications in a heterogeneous network environment
  • Knowledge of the technical guidelines of the BSI and the IT baseline protection compendium as well as ISO 27001
  • Practical experience or sound knowledge in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of IT security measures
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in the provision and further development of IT systems as well as the operation of logging and SIEM solutions, archiving solutions, vulnerability scanners, and the connection of IT infrastructure systems to them
  • Very good knowledge of German (language level C2) and good knowledge of English (at least language level B2)
  • High level of goal and service orientation paired with a strong willingness to cooperate and the ability to actively communicate in German and English
  • Ability to work in a team, commitment, and resilience
