About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join our finance department, responsible for processing purchase invoices, managing accounts payable, and accounts receivable. As a key member of our team, you'll support various departments with financial tasks and report directly to the Finance Manager. Our finance department is a young and collaborative environment where open communication and directness thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage purchase invoices for a group of suppliers
  • Act as the primary point of contact for financial inquiries, both internally and externally
  • Maintain accounts receivable and respond to customer service inquiries
  • Manage gift card administration and process interim accounts
  • Contribute to administrative process improvements

Requirements

  • MBO-level work and thinking with a completed qualification in finance, preferably accompanied by an additional accounting diploma
  • Availability for two or three days a week
  • Proficiency in general computer software, including the Windows Office package
  • Key competencies: accuracy, progress monitoring, initiative, organizational sensitivity, and persuasiveness
