Salary

The estimated salary for this position is €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.

Job Description

This role involves working closely with managers and employees to implement HR plans that drive business growth and create a culture of engagement. Key responsibilities include:

  • Fostering key relationships with stakeholders and implementing HR plans to support business objectives;
  • Supporting annual HR processes and developing people management strategies;
  • Enabling talent development and providing feedback to managers on talent management activities;
  • Partnering with internal teams to harmonize and improve processes;

As an HR Business Partner at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will be responsible for driving organizational change and promoting a culture of engagement. You will work closely with leaders and employees to understand their needs and develop solutions that drive business results.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrable experience in Human Resources, preferably in a similar role or industry;
  • Meaningful experience and knowledge of Dutch employment law;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including English and Dutch fluency;
  • A strong eye for business and ability to challenge and influence managers and leaders;
  • Ability to build and sustain relationships with a range of partners across all levels.
