Job Offer: QA/QC Piping Inspector

Location: Rotterdam

We are seeking a skilled QA/QC Piping Inspector to join our team in the Oil & Gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform visual inspections of piping installation, verifying material identity and conformance to installation drawings
Verify welding inspection and joint release
Ensure piping system dimensions and alignment meet construction specifications
Conduct in-process surveillance to verify compliance with piping erection procedures
Perform piping walkdown inspections and complete punch lists
Review and verify piping test packages prior to testing
Witness final piping tests
Complete and endorse inspection records from initial inspection to final acceptance
Maintain interface with client to ensure contractual and code requirements are met

Requirements:

Bachelor's or associate degree in mechanical engineering or related field
Minimum 3 years' experience in Oil & Gas project piping inspection
Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
Proficient in MS Office, SharePoint, ShareFile, and Microsoft Teams
Experience in welding inspection or fabrication of piping and vessels to international codes beneficial
Demonstrated background and thorough knowledge of codes such as ANSI B31.3, 31.4, and 31.8, ASME Section I, and other piping system installation-related codes and standards
