Aquablu is seeking a skilled Financial Controller to play a pivotal role in driving optimal decision-making for the company and its clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to provide strategic financial insights and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive analyses to assess the financial requirements of the organization and provide recommendations for streamlining business processes.
• Foster collaboration and leverage financial tools and expertise across the business landscape.
• Develop and execute the Internal Control roadmap for Aquablu, ensuring adherence to financial governance and compliance standards.
• Plan, supervise, and execute internal audit and control initiatives to maintain the integrity of financial operations.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders within and outside the finance domain.
• Work closely with the operations team to teach them financial processes and monitor and improve those processes over time.
