About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Thales. As a key member of our Production Support Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of Repair, Overhaul, and Modification services for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the incoming inspection of returned products to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Plan and manage activities in our workcells to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Interface with procurement to arrange OEM-product repairs.
  • Monitor progress and take proactive measures to resolve potential delivery issues.
  • Administer tasks in our ERP system and other supporting tools.
  • Provide accurate progress and delivery information to our internal customers.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements.
Requirements
  • MBO/MBO+ education in Logistics or Manufacturing.
  • Experience working with High-Tech products and extensive Product Lifecycle.
  • Background in a Service environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
