Your Role in Our Journey:
We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Specialist to join our team at HAIX Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a successful social media strategy across all relevant channels.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Translate brand goals into the Dutch social media marketing landscape, leveraging the latest methods and insights.
- Advance and execute a successful social media strategy across all relevant channels, from channel implementation to community management.
- Adapt international social media strategy to the Dutch market and create specific Dutch content as required.
- Develop an influencer and brand ambassador strategy to spread the HAIX hero message, onboard and coordinate external partners, and act as a community manager.
- Plan and manage the social media and influencer marketing budget.
- Conduct relevant analyses and translate them into implementable insights.
- Closely collaborate with the global marketing team as well as the Dutch sales team.
- Co-operate in developing the growth of the HAIX Netherlands organization and the team.
Your Backpack:
- Extensive knowledge and skills in social media marketing (paid and organic) – experience in influencer marketing and community management is a plus.
- Experience in managing projects with social and creative agencies and other external partner teams.
- Basic knowledge of digital image and video editing.
- A curious and proactive mindset and not afraid to bring new ideas.
- Flexible and ambitious, with a hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Dutch (native speaker level), English (business fluent), German would be an advantage.
