Job Description


European Dynamics seeks a skilled Solutions Architect to join their team in The Hague, Netherlands. The successful candidate will work closely with the Development team and a major client's IT team on site.


Key Responsibilities



  • Develop solutions with peers in the Architecture team and project engineers.
  • Evaluate technologies and products for deployment or amendment, considering security, application, and infrastructure aspects.
  • Collaborate with security and compliance teams to devise and agree on security and compliance controls matching Europol policies and regulations.
  • Create OAUTH authentication mechanisms and implement validation mechanisms as unit and integration tests.
  • Provide guidance and clarifications to engineering and delivery teams on solution or product characteristics.

Requirements



  • University degree and over 9 years of experience in ICT Solution Architecture and Design.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in solution architecture definition, documentation, and delivery support.
  • Experience in big data solutions leveraging technologies like Elasticsearch, Neo4J, NoSQL databases, and SQL databases.
  • Experience with data acquisition processing, reporting, analytics solutions, and data visualization.
  • Good knowledge of microservices-based architectures and supporting data/application integration methods.
  • Knowledge of ArchiMate or other equivalent architecture notation.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
