About the Role

The role of Payroll Consultant at Alight involves ensuring the highest quality service delivery and guaranteeing its continuity as per the client contract. This includes managing and controlling the budget, ensuring the service meets quality standards, detecting business opportunities, and creating work processes and communication between team members and third parties.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control the department budget.
• Ensure the service meets NGA quality standards.
• Detect business opportunities in new and existing customers.
• Ensure service delivery in accordance with contract provisions.
• Create, develop, and implement work processes and communication between team members and third parties.
• Monitor and enforce processes, collect metrics for measuring quality and productivity, and establish regular meetings to monitor the service.
• Provide skilled resources and ensure their availability according to committed FTE levels.
• Evaluate and control employees in charge.
• Define team profiles and assign responsibilities.
• Encourage and lead team member formation.
• Ensure a stimulating work environment that generates high commitment levels.
• Define objectives for team members and monitor their performance or participate in performance assessments.
• Handle general administrative tasks, such as approving time, holidays, absences, overtime, costs, etc.
• Plan succession within the business.
• Be responsible for business development and promote continuous improvement.
