About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Work Planner to join our team at STC Groep BV. As a Work Planner, you will play a crucial role in the success of our high-tech projects in the Eindhoven region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement work plans and schedules for large construction projects.
• Coordinate with construction partners, including clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure that all project requirements are met, including specifications, drawings, and purchasing schedules.
• Compare quotes and make calculations to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain open communication with project management and implementation teams.

Requirements:

• Several years of experience in construction project coordination or a related field.
• Strong understanding of construction systems and processes.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
