E-commerce Manager

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to join our team at Bugaboo. As a key member of our Cluster Digital Team, you will be responsible for delivering the Digital strategy and managing the end-to-end daily operations of the.com channel in the Cluster.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Cluster in meeting sales and financial KPIs
- Execute the trading strategy
- Manage trade reporting, sales, and digital KPIs
- Produce periodic reports and reviews of trading periods and events
- Plan and maintain budget, sales, and stock forecasts
- Use data analysis to identify and prioritize major sales drivers and highlight deficiencies
- Ensure high accuracy in forecasting and work with SIOP and Head of Trade to ensure sufficient stock to support product plans and customer demand
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing and Marketing Teams to support digital marketing opportunities and plans to drive Bugaboo DTC
- Take ownership of and drive key initiatives within the Cluster/Digital Team
- Proven experience in stock planning, logistics, and operations
- Proven experience in Digital/E-commerce
- Solid knowledge in CRM, digital, and content-led marketing
- Excellent Microsoft Office and analytical skills, including digital analytics
- Business/marketing degree or equivalent
- High level of competence and confidence using Excel
- Strong commercial awareness and proven financial analysis skills
- Strong communication skills
- Agile thinker with ability to respond to change at pace
