Job Title: Program Manager Procurement

ASML is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our ESG Sustainability team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the cross-sector and cross-BL projects and programs required to meet our sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the portfolio of projects running for the Responsible Value Chain theme at ASML.
  • Align with the ESG Sustainability Strategy team to break down the theme into material topics and translate these into concrete projects with clear targets.
  • Manage alignment with representatives from ESG Sustainability Strategy, Legal & Compliance, and Strategic Sourcing & Procurement to define clear project scope and timeline, secure resources, and manage progress.
  • Reporting on progress, bottlenecks, and risks to the ESG Sustainability Management team and ASML Sr. Management of Business Lines and Sectors involved.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience with project/program management.
  • 5 years of experience with topics like Responsible Value Chain, Value Chain Due Diligence, Human Rights.
  • MSc in a relevant field.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including influencing without power.
  • Project- and portfolio management skills refined through years of experience.
  • Bridge builder, able to connect people with different backgrounds and expertise.
