Manufacturing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated CNC Machinist to join our team at Machinery Services Verhoosel B.V. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our state-of-the-art Okuma CNC lathe with driven tools on both turret.

This is a challenging opportunity for someone with experience in CNC machining, particularly with Fanuc controllers. Your strong technical skills, combined with your ability to work independently and as part of a team, make you an ideal candidate for this position.

• Operate and maintain our CNC lathe, ensuring high precision and quality output.
• Develop and implement efficient production methods, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 1 year's experience working with CNC machines, preferably with Fanuc controllers.
• Demonstrated knowledge of machining principles, including cutting tools and materials science.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with machine shop software and systems, such as CAD/CAM.
