About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Theatre Commodity Manager to join our EMEA Aftermarket team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing global and regional suppliers to ensure the continuity of parts supply, maintaining strong business relationships with suppliers, and driving successful negotiations on pricing and terms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage supplier relationships and implement global/regional sourcing strategies to meet annual targets and objectives.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to drive cost optimization and ensure continued supply of high-quality parts.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve capacity, quality, and delivery issues, and implement effective solutions to mitigate risks.
  • Develop and execute global procurement programs, including Annual Cost Reviews, Process Reviews, and Supplier Scorecards.
  • Support aftermarket growth initiatives by identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Your Profile:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in procurement and/or engineering.
  • Broad technical understanding of major lift truck systems and components.
  • Proven skills in purchasing, negotiation, and problem resolution.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a global environment.
What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of €4,500 - €5,500 per month, based on experience and qualifications, as well as a range of benefits, including:

  • An 8% holiday allowance.
  • 27 vacation days plus 13 ADV (reduction of working hours) days per year for full-time employment.
  • The option to sell up to 10 additional vacation days or buy up to 6 days.
  • Participation in the PME pension fund (mandatory according to CAO).
  • The option to work remotely up to 2 days a week.
