We are seeking a highly skilled High-Tech Process Specialist to join our team at Trinamics Beheer B.V.

About the Role

This challenging and varied position offers great responsibility for our High-Tech equipment. As a High-Tech Process Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • High-Tech Processing: Perform tasks such as coating, developing, cleaning, measuring, and conducting defectivity analysis on wafers and reticles.
  • Customer Service: Manage and prioritize service requests, ensuring clear and effective communication with internal customers.
  • Process Monitoring: Adhere to established procedures, accurately document tasks, and monitor and adjust process and equipment performance as needed.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in processes and products to enhance overall quality and efficiency.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain up-to-date internal stock levels to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Stay current with product, process, equipment, and safety knowledge, and actively share this expertise with colleagues.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A vocational or Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical environment.
  • Relevant experience in manufacturing or production processes.
  • Experience in processing and measurement.
  • A proactive approach with a strong initiative.
  • Team-oriented and focused on providing excellent service.
  • The ability to work independently.
  • A commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English.
