Sustainability Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a SHE Advisor. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental policies.

• Develop and execute safety and environmental policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Provide guidance and training to employees on safety and environmental issues.
• Advise management on safety and environmental matters and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Monitor and report incidents, conducting root cause analyses to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure projects meet the highest safety and environmental standards.

• Minimum of MBO 4 level.
• Certification as MVK.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in a technical or industrial environment, with a focus on environmental safety.
• Solid knowledge of safety and environmental laws and regulations.
• Affinity with the theme of sustainability.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
• Team player with excellent collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of ISO14001 and ISO45001.
• Fluency in Dutch and English languages.

• A competitive salary between EUR 27,000 and EUR 85,000 per year.
