Job Responsibilities
- Lead the formulation of engagement insights in the realm of medical communications.
- Foster collaborative processes and relationships to address the diverse needs of our agencies' client portfolios.
- Guide the definition and implementation of market and audience insights, journey mapping, content strategy, omnichannel approaches, tactical planning, and measurement for medical communications and strategic publications.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop data visualization dashboards.
- Provide internal training and knowledge sharing across teams within Adelphi in Healthcare.
- Manage personal workflow within agency project teams, ensuring balanced project delivery between internal and external resources.
- This is a full-time remote position, with occasional travel required.
Proficient understanding of digital delivery channels and media is essential. Candidates should have experience in a creative digital environment and in executing omnichannel communication programs. A proven track record of successfully managing client projects with meticulous attention to detail is required. Creativity and the ability to articulate your approach to agency teams are vital. Candidates should be proactive, self-driven, and well-organized, with a strong desire to make digital projects a key contributor to agency success.
