Industrial Maintenance Technician

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Artisan/Millwright to join our team at JC Growth Solutions in Lopik, Netherlands.

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to the salary, we offer a range of benefits including relocation support, a permanent contract, and Dutch language courses.

As a Maintenance Artisan/Millwright, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal technical performance of our advanced production lines and building-related installations. This includes maintenance and troubleshooting of systems such as water purification units, electrical generators, and high-pressure installations.

You will work closely with our Technical Coordinator, collaborate with your team, and guide contractors during maintenance and repairs. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on complex machine lines;
• Optimizing the technical condition of production lines and building installations;
• Ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene regulations;
• Identifying and reporting unsafe conditions and deviations;
• Acting as the main point of contact for contractors and supervising their work.

You will also be available outside office hours for consultations, analyses, and emergencies.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Millwright trade test plus N4 Certificate;
• Strong knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical systems, and PLC controls;
• Proven technical aptitude with problem-solving skills;
• Experience in a production environment;
• Strong communication skills, with proficiency in Afrikaans;
• Independent yet a team player, with decision-making abilities;
• Availability to work in a 2-shift system (6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.).
