We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst, IT - Finance Systems to join our Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Team at The Kraft Heinz Company.
As a Senior Analyst, IT - Finance Systems, you will partner with various Finance organizations to build process and technology capabilities that support their growth and strategic agenda.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Oracle EPM applications and lead the month-end close process from a system perspective.
- Engage with the business to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Develop and configure Oracle EPBCS applications, including business rules, data management, and scripting languages.
- Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and guide users on system capabilities.
- Maintain batch processes for data load and consolidations.
- Track system change requests, maintain system documentation, and processes.
- Focus on continuous improvements and process automations.
Requirements
- Experience with Oracle EPM suite of modules and scripting languages.
- Knowledge of data management concepts and automation tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
