We are seeking a highly experienced IT Architect to lead the introduction and adoption of enterprise architectural principles in the field of Patient Safety & Quality (PS&Q) and Enabling Functions at Philips.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the development of shared assets that can be reused across teams in IT, utilizing the inner source way of working.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to understand their needs and create an overall technology roadmap for applicable domains.
- Act as a subject matter expert in PS&Q and Enabling Functions technologies, driving the development of solutions using SOA/Rest/Micro Service patterns.
- Work closely with the Platform Group Functions IT team, other principal and fellow architects, business teams, and DevOps teams in respective fields.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering (computer science or equivalent) with 15+ years' experience.
- Extensive experience with AI, ML, business process management, and RPA to automate and simplify End-to-end business processes at scale.
- 5+ years of experience in implementing business applications in the area of Patient Safety and Quality and Enabling Functions.
- Proven business process expertise in various functional areas focused mainly on PS&Q and HR.
- Expertise in architecting and designing solutions using SOA/Rest/Micro Service patterns.
- Experience with cloud computing on Microsoft Azure as well as AWS.
- Industry-specific knowledge/interest in regulatory compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, FDA), QMS frameworks and tooling, Legal processes and tooling, HR processes and tooling.
- Experience collaborating with 3rd party SaaS providers for given set of functional and non-functional requirements.
- Strong Project management understanding of Agile methodologies, budgeting, and resource management.
