Job Summary

Vattenfall is seeking a highly skilled Process Governance & Standards Compliance Lead to join our Integrated Management System & Process Governance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our QHSSE compliance framework, ensuring effective planning and execution of the QHSSE Internal Audit Programme, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in our Integrated Management System.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Process Governance & Standards Compliance Team to ensure effective planning and execution of the QHSSE Internal Audit Programme.
  • Use a Systems Engineering approach to identify, define, and manage the requirements that the IMS should comply with, including ISO standards and other relevant regulations and industry best practices.
  • Ensure that IMS requirements are properly documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in the IMS and identify risks to compliance and opportunities to enhance the organisation's performance in key areas.
  • Develop and maintain a monitoring and surveillance process to identify new requirements that may emerge over time and ensure that these requirements are managed and controlled in a systematic manner.
  • Monitor changes to regulations and industry best practices related to the IMS and ensure that the organisation is compliant with these changes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Environmental Science, Quality Management, Engineering, or Business Administration, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, environmental management, health and safety, security management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience leading ISO internal auditing, including achievement of ISO certification.
  • IOSH/IRCA (or equivalent) certified auditor, with lead auditor certification being a benefit in either ISO9001, 14001, 27001, or.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards and other relevant regulations and industry best practices related to quality management, environmental management, health and safety, security management, and other key areas.
