Coördinator Projecten in de Infrastructuur

Als Coördinator Projecten in de Infrastructuur bij Kracht Recruitment ben je verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren, voorbereiden en begeleiden van projecten binnen de grond-, weg- en waterbouwsector. Je speelt een essentiële rol in het waarborgen van een efficiënte en succesvolle uitvoering van projecten. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere:

  • Het opstellen van gedetailleerde planningen en werkvoorbereidingsschema's;
  • Coördinatie van technische en logistieke aspecten, inclusief afstemming met leveranciers en onderaannemers;
  • Toezicht houden op kosten en budgetten, inclusief kostenramingen en rapportages aan de Projectleider;
  • Beheer en opstellen van projectdocumentatie, zoals werkinstructies en vergunningen;
  • Communicatie en samenwerking met interne en externe stakeholders voor voortgangsbesprekingen en probleemoplossing.

Profiel en vaardigheden

Om in aanmerking te komen voor de rol van Coördinator Projecten in de Infrastructuur, voldoe je aan de volgende eisen:

  • Afgeronde technische opleiding op mbo of hbo-niveau, bij voorkeur in de Civiele Techniek;
  • Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in de grond-, weg- en waterbouw;
  • Uitgebreide kennis van projectmanagementmethodieken en ervaring met het coördineren van projecten;
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om effectief samen te werken met diverse stakeholders;
  • Een gedreven werkhouding, oog voor detail en de bereidheid om eventuele opleidingen of cursussen te volgen.
