About the Role

Auxadi is seeking an English-speaking Finance & Tax assistant to support our multinational team in Amstelveen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing financial and tax support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and assist with client's monthly reporting packages, including bookings, clearing, postings, and monthly closing.
  • Provide payroll duties support, including preparing monthly payroll administration and related Wage Tax returns.
  • Assist with tax support, including preparation and filing of VAT, ICP, CIT, and reviewing client information to identify potential tax issues and risks.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate and timely compliance.
  • Draw up clients' Annual accounts.
  • Liaise with Auditors and Tax advisors.
  • Perform credit control and administrative duties, including communication with clients related to suppliers invoices and payment, and preparing bank files for AP payments.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in finance-related job.
  • Motivation to cover the wide range of duties in a dynamic international environment.
  • Willingness to expand tax knowledge.
  • Business fluency in English is required; some knowledge of Dutch would be a plus.
  • Excellent level in Excel, efficiency with Exact online, and knowledge of other accounting software is a prerequisite.
  • Some understanding of Spanish language would be advantageous.
