In the Consumer Care department, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our consumers, assisting them with questions and issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide service to consumers via live chat, email, and social media.
- Decide whether a question, comment, or complaint should be handled online or offline.
- Document your activities in our ERP and CRM systems.
- Propose improvements and recognize opportunities in response to consumer questions and processes.
- You have customer service experience.
- You have excellent communication skills.
- You are empathetic and flexible.
- You have excellent English and German language skills.
- You have affinity with social media.
- You think ahead and dare to take the initiative.
- You are available 32-40 hours per week.
