About the Role

Olympia is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment, utilizing Electric Pallet Trucks (EPTs) to pick and prepare pallets for shipping.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of pallets to guarantee completeness and undamaged goods.
  • Collaborate with the dynamic team to achieve daily performance goals and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of logistics processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Availability for a long-term commitment, with a focus on full-time shifts.
  • Previous experience in logistics, with a strong understanding of warehouse operations.
  • Proficiency in working with EPTs and other warehouse equipment.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Availability to work in shifts from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM or from 3:00 PM to midnight.
