About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our affiliate program, you will be responsible for conducting online marketing campaigns from start to finish and building strong relationships with our publishers in Germany.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute online marketing campaigns to drive affiliate sales and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our publishers in Germany, identifying new opportunities and negotiating prices for affiliate campaigns.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive affiliate sales and revenue growth.
  • Analyze data to optimize affiliate campaigns, publisher performance, and program effectiveness.
  • Work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive affiliate sales and revenue growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing, applying this knowledge to improve our affiliate program.
Requirements
  • Fluent German and English language skills.
  • University degree in a relevant field, such as commercial economics or marketing.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in affiliate marketing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our publishers and internal stakeholders.
  • Commercial mindset, with a focus on driving revenue growth and profitability.
