Marketing Planning Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Planning Manager to join our Brand Strategy and Planning team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that drive revenue growth and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg to identify regional needs and develop tailored marketing strategies.
  • Manage quarterly marketing planning sessions, forward planning, and conduct quarterly reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth and customer engagement by executing top-tier marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Work closely with multiple channels and internal stakeholders to ensure effective localization of strategies, taking into account regional nuances, contextual language, and legal and social differences.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Dutch and English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Extended marketing experience in a B2B environment, with skills in creating and executing impactful marketing strategies.
  • Pro-active, resourceful, and strong influencing skills, with the ability to work closely with stakeholders such as senior leaders and executives.
