We are seeking a Production Employee to join our team at Stegeman in Wijhe. As a key member of our production department, you will play a vital role in preparing meat products for the Dutch market.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of €13.94 per hour, ensuring a comfortable income. In addition to this, we offer travel allowance of 22 cents per km, possibility to travel with public transportation, and potential for career growth within the company.

Job Description

As a Production Employee, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that meat pieces are brought together efficiently and accurately. This involves working closely with colleagues to prepare and package meat products for distribution. You will also be responsible for setting up cutting machines, maintaining quality control, and contributing to a dynamic work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a team. Fluency in Dutch or English is essential, as well as a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
