Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement IT service management strategies to optimize business performance and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain the service portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT capabilities.
  • Collaborate with IT service owners and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement process optimizations.
  • Analyze service performance data and develop action plans to improve service levels and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL and other relevant standards and frameworks.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in IT service management, with a focus on service delivery and optimization.
  • Proven track record of implementing ITIL and other service management frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable recommendations.
