As a Logistics Quality Controller at WerkTalent, you will be part of a fast-growing organization with a strong focus on quality and logistics. Your main responsibility will be to monitor the delivered quality of semi-manufactured products and manufactured parts by third parties. This includes conducting checks upon arrival, processing administrative tasks, and handling customer complaints.
Your role will consist of:
- Quality control of delivered semi-finished products and manufactured parts based on established requirements and/or drawings;
- Analyzing and assessing deviations and recording them in the ERP system;
- Completing English checklists;
- Taking care of the registration and handling of RMAs (return shipments);
- Coordinating with relevant departments to resolve cases;
- Assisting in the logistics process, including order picking, loading and unloading trucks, and packaging items correctly.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A proactive approach;
- Accuracy and attention to detail;
- Experience in quality checks and logistics;
- Strong communication skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
As a Logistics Quality Controller at WerkTalent, you can expect:
