About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at Freudenberg. As a key member of our Technical Department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal availability of our production machines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation and Coordination: Develop and implement maintenance plans, coordinate with colleagues, and evaluate the effectiveness of maintenance activities.
  • Optimization and Innovation: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance maintenance processes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless maintenance operations.
  • Administration and Documentation: Manage documentation, maintain accurate records, and monitor progress.
  • Professionalism: Contribute to achieving maintenance objectives through expertise and experience.

Requirements

  • Technical Expertise: Minimum MBO4 education in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering, with relevant experience in maintenance management.
  • Team Spirit: Collaborative attitude, enthusiasm, and flexibility.
  • Accuracy: Structured, precise, and detail-oriented approach.
  • Initiative: Creativity and personal input valued.
