Senior Backend Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer to join our innovative team in Eindhoven. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the future of energy management technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain backend services using TypeScript and REST APIs
  • Collaborate closely with frontend, UX, and data science teams to drive innovation and growth
  • Optimize and scale cloud-based infrastructure to ensure seamless performance
  • Lead initiatives in test automation, clean code, and best practices to improve overall quality
  • Continuously improve backend architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes to enhance efficiency
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in backend development, with strong TypeScript skills and a proven track record of success
  • Proven ability to work in multidisciplinary teams of at least 8 developers, with excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with Gitlab CI/CD, Kubernetes, and open-source technologies to drive innovation and growth
  • Expertise in test automation and Clean Code principles to ensure high-quality software
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Willingness to live in or relocate to the Eindhoven area
