As an Infrastructure System Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the technical infrastructure of our customer projects. This includes the provision and support of IT infrastructures, monitoring and troubleshooting, and ensuring the seamless integration of hardware and software solutions.

• Provision and support of IT infrastructures in national and international customer projects
• Monitoring and carrying out 2nd/3rd level error analyses and troubleshooting in cooperation with our development department
• Ensuring the integration of hardware and software solutions
• Collaborating with technical project teams and customers to provide required resources
• Expanding technical knowledge and contributing to the development of new solutions

• Completed apprenticeship, further training, or similar technical degree with a focus on IT
• Good skills in dealing with hardware, network, and storage technologies
• Good knowledge in the administration of operating systems (Microsoft and Linux) and basics in virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V) and their data security
• Experience with cloud technologies is ideal
• Confident communication in German and English, with the ability to show initiative
