Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Coordinator to join our team at Super Micro in Den Bosch. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Testing and Quality Control: Clearly outline and document procedures for testing and reworking motherboards, backplanes, and addon cards, ensuring adherence to specific requirements for each component.
  • Software Upgrades: Perform rigorous testing of products and implement necessary software upgrades in accordance with engineering change orders (ECOs).
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Coordinate scheduling activities to align with sales forecasts and Program Management (PGM) requirements, optimizing production timelines.
  • Process Improvement: Work closely with various teams and departments to streamline processes and reduce release time, fostering efficiency in product development and delivery.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Maintain open communication channels with the quality team to provide updates on issues and collaborate on finding solutions for new and pending issues.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Support the review of defects and participate in root cause analysis efforts to identify underlying issues, facilitating continuous improvement in product quality.

As a Production Coordinator at Super Micro, you will work in a clean and structured environment, with access to a canteen and public transportation. You will have the opportunity to work alongside international colleagues in a multilingual environment, with communication primarily in English.

Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and interpersonal communication abilities coupled with strong organizational skills.
  • PCBA Experience: Possess 2 years of experience in PCBA-related tasks, demonstrating proficiency in the field.
  • Self-Management: Self-managed with a strong sense of responsibility, capable of effectively prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work independently while also being a valuable team player, contributing collaboratively towards shared goals.
  • MS Office Proficiency: Proficient in the use of MS Office suite, enabling efficient documentation and data management.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English; fluency in Mandarin is an advantageous asset.

We offer a competitive salary between €2,300 and €2,500 gross per month, as well as a range of benefits, including weekly salary payments, holiday allowance, travel allowance, and participation in the pension scheme from day one.
